At Salesforce Commerce Cloud, a key measure of our success is the growth and innovation of our trailblazing customers, who inspire and motivate us to push the boundaries of commerce beyond the status quo. That’s why we want to celebrate you – our customers – with our annual Commerce Cloud Pacesetter Awards.
The awards, now in their fourth year, honor excellence in commerce and recognize the innovation (in some cases, groundbreaking) work our clients do throughout the year to accelerate growth and meet the ever-increasing demands of today’s connected consumer.
We want to celebrate your success, and we want you to be recognized as a Pacesetter by your peers in the retail community! We are now accepting submissions for the awards; guidelines and submission forms can be found here.

Finalists will be announced on our site, in a blog post, in a press release, and across our social media platforms. During our 2017 Salesforce XChange conference in Las Vegas May 16-18, we will highlight all category finalists on stage, using approved content, and will recognize winners in three categories:
Fast Track Award
This award, previously won by brands including GoPro and Uniqlo, recognizes customers who have leveraged the agility of the Salesforce Commerce cloud to achieve very fast time to market. They have successfully launched one or more ecommerce sites and/or other major initiatives with speed and efficiency. The project must have been completed in the 2016 calendar year.
Sustained Growth Award
This award recognizes customers who have achieved above-average growth in their sector by leveraging Salesforce Commerce Cloud, for a period of at least two years. Past winners include Carter’s, Adidas and Crocs. Winners must demonstrate how Commerce Cloud has empowered them to achieve and exceed their business goals, including international and multi-brand expansion, excellence in merchandising, mobile commerce, and creative use of video and/or social media.
This award recognizes customers who have developed engaging shopping experiences that inspire and delight their customers in surprising ways. Strategies might include in-store innovations like smart fitting rooms, creative use of social media or voice search. Past winners include Cole Hann, an early innovator in mobile payments, and Italian fashion retailer OVS with its omni-channel initiatives.
Winners will receive an award and share their success story via a dedicated presentation on the main stage. We will also include winners in the Commerce Cloud Pacesetter Awards video (using approved content). All winners are automatically eligible for the Community Choice Award, which does not have a nomination process. Winners in the three categories will present their winning initiatives on the main stage, after which conference attendees will vote to determine the Community Choice Award winner.
