Vinod Kumar is Head of Analytics and Intelligence at Salesforce Commerce Cloud, formerly Demandware. In this role, he leads a team of data geeks to identify growth opportunities for customers by leveraging analytical tools and techniques. He led the creation of our Industry Benchmarking platform, which is the primary technology enabling us to deliver the quarterly Shopping Index, and Industry Benchmarks for our customers. Vinod has been with the company since 2010 in a variety of roles including Commerce Strategy and Product Management. He is passionate about Conscious Commerce, or the way in which retailers use commerce and work with their customers to support charitable endeavors. He has been an Advisory Board Member of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council since 2013.
