Stephan Schambach

Prior to founding Demandware in 2004, Stephan Schambach was CEO of Intershop, a successful eCommerce company he founded in 1992. Long an eCommerce visionary, Schambach was among the first to recognize eCommerce as a major software market. He is the developer of a number of industry standards for technology and also produced the first integrated eCommerce software package, enabling major global brands to sell and service over the internet.  Currently, Shambach is the Executive Chairman of Demandware.  He serves as a board member of the SIIA (Software Information Industry Association of America) Software Division and regularly speaks in the industry about emerging technologies.

Jamus Driscoll

Demandware Vice President of Marketing, Jamus Driscoll, is responsible for marketing and business development and for leading the company's marketing communications, product marketing and product management. He joined Demandware from Oracle Corp., where, as Director of Marketing, he was a member of Oracle Retail's marketing steering committee and leader of the marketing teams for Solutions Marketing and Customer Marketing.  He has also previously worked for ProfitLogic, Inc. and Ascential Software. Driscoll holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Haverford College.

Scott Todaro

As Senior Director of Product Strategy, Scott manages Demandware's product strategy group, including product management and marketing, technology partnerships, and industry expertise. Scott brings 16 years of retail, ecommerce, and technology marketing management experience to Demandware from his time with Sports Loyalty Systems, ATG, Meridian Technology Marketing, and the Sherwin Williams Company (Retail Division).  His sales and marketing achievements have won multiple awards, and he is a sought-after presenter for industry events, including Shop.org, Card Forum, Art & Science Loyalty Marketing Summit, eTail, National Retail Federation, Newell Rubbermaid Innovation Forum, Retail Systems, along with several colleges and universities.  Scott has his MBA from the University of Massachussets.
